FOR THE GROWN-UPS
Allow camera access only when you’re ready. This app uses the camera without a microphone. It processes the frame in memory on your device, and stops the camera after capture, when you leave the tab, or when you press stop.
It detects drawing pixels on light paper, corrects smooth lighting differences, closes tiny outline gaps, extracts colors, and builds a rounded 3D paper toy from the silhouette. This is an inflated silhouette, not reconstruction of the object’s real 3D anatomy. Story Studio can suggest object labels using an optional locally running CLIP model. The model and runtime download from Hugging Face and a CDN when requested; images are not sent for remote inference. Labels may be wrong and are editable. The generated models are stylized templates, not exact reconstructions. Camera scenes are screen overlays, without AR surface tracking. Shadows, patterned paper, and faint pencil lines can confuse the extraction.
No camera images are sent to a server or saved automatically. Download saves a static PNG of the current view when you choose. Clear session discards the current capture.
Open the live HTTPS link in your browser for camera access. If an embedded view blocks the camera, open the link in a separate browser tab.
